As a lifelong student of leadership, Dr. Anderson has gleaned knowledge and experience from a number of sources. He has served in multiple ministerial capacities and has taught leadership at the university graduate level.He holds a Master of Arts with a concentration in Christian Ministry and Leadership. His post graduate work culminated in a Doctor of Educational Leadership degree with an specialization in psychology.

 

Dr. Anderson's leadership seminars utilize principles taught in his book entitled, Fundamentals of Apostolic Leadership. In teaching churches, his focus is on development of leaders and collaboration of departments within a church. Leadership realities and challenges are articulated in a coherent and applicable fashion.
